Cancellation Policy

Tranquil Minds does not charge any fee for cancellation of Doctor’s appointment or health check-up. Cancellations can be done online using our website or by calling our support centre at 040-23115000 or 040-23115001.

All the payments should be made to Tranquil Minds. In case of any issues relating to online payment using a payment gateway from the website the website shall not be liable for any such payments issues. In case a patient cannot or does not turn up in time for their appointment as already booked and needs to reschedule, the patient must call the front desk and make a request for the same. This has to be confirmed by the doctor and will be done free of charge. Only one appointment reschedule will be allowed per booking.

In case of a rescheduled appointment, you will be notified via email or sms.

Refund Policy

The request for refund should be done online using the website only. No telephonic requests are accepted.

Tranquil Minds will take at least 7 to 10 working days to process agreed refunds for payments made online.

The refunds made to your credit card or bank account may be subject to deduction of charges as applicable by the banks.
